Peace of Mind Rentals is one of the first businesses in South Africa to sign residential leases on behalf of people who might not qualify on their own, whether because of an over-extended profile or a past payment record that led to a declined application.
Every new tenant should feel at home, so we manage each step carefully and keep you informed throughout.

Steps 1 – 7
Find & view

Visit any rental listing website, such as Property24 or Private Property.

Narrow your search to no more than three homes. You will choose one after seeing them all.

Share the three links with us by email to viewing@pom.rentals or on WhatsApp to 079 7 333 333.

We schedule a viewing at each of the three homes on your behalf and send you the available days and times.

Once you confirm, our chauffeur collects you in one of our luxury vehicles, such as a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or V-Class, at no extra cost.

A viewing consultant joins you and walks you through all three homes with the agents or landlords.

You are dropped back where we collected you, or anywhere you choose, after the viewings.
Steps 8 – 9
Sign & pay

Once the paperwork with the agent or landlord is final, we need your FICA documents and the first month's rent with the monthly service fee.

We then pay the agent or landlord everything that is due, including the deposit.
Steps 10 – 12
Prepare & hand over

We photograph and list every furnishing and fitting, inside and out, so there are no surprise damage costs when your lease ends.

Our in-house maintenance team cleans the apartment and paints it if needed.

With everything signed off, we meet you outside your new home for the handover.
