In the third week of the 12th month our in-house maintenance team visits the property. Any wear or damage is attended to, so your deposit is returned in full and the home is ready for the next tenant. This end-of-lease inspection is included in the service fee.
The placement fee is equal to one month's rent and is a non-refundable security amount. It is used to guarantee the landlord's rental income every month, which is what allows us to approve applicants who would otherwise be declined.
